Individual Therapy Service
Individual sessions are 55 minutes and treatment plans are based on your individual needs.
Our core service offers personalized, in-office therapy sessions tailored to your specific needs. During these 55-minute appointments, you'll work one-on-one with a skilled therapist in a comfortable, confidential setting. The first few sessions will focus on assessment and developing a comprehensive understanding of your unique situation. Together, we'll determine the most effective course of treatment and create an action plan to address your concerns. These sessions provide a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while learning valuable coping strategies and techniques to manage OCD or anxiety symptoms.
