Gabriela Westbrook, LCSW

Gabriela is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the owner of OCD and Anxiety of The Woodlands, PLLC. Her goal is to offer accessible and evidence-based treatment options, empowering her clients to break free from the cycles of intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and avoidance behaviors that often worsen their distress.

Gabriela is committed to raising awareness about OCD and anxiety disorders within the community. Through educational workshops, support groups, and collaborations with local organizations, she works to destigmatize these conditions and provide resources for those seeking help. Gabriela earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Houston, specializing in clinical practice. Before becoming a clinician, she spent 10 years researching, writing policy for the Department of Homeland Security, and serving as a program manager in the Department of Defense’s Chemical Biological Defense Program. In addition to her MSW, she holds a Master’s degree in International Studies.  Gabriela has undergone extensive training in OCD through expert-led programs, including the OCD Training School and the Anxiety and Training Center. She continues to participate in regular OCD-specific consultations to maintain her expertise and expand her clinical knowledge and skills. Additionally, Gabriela is an active member of the International OCD Foundation.

Monica Silva, LCSW

Monica has 16 years of experience helping teens and young adults work through anxiety, depression, school struggles, and life’s many curveballs. She has worked in medical settings, schools, and private practice, and understands how important it is to meet teens, young adults and families where they are—with empathy, honesty, and flexibility.

Monica helps adolescents express what’s going on inside and build practical tools they can actually use. Monica pulls from CBT, solution-focused approaches, and real-life strategies to support emotional growth, confidence, and resilience.

She also works alongside parents to strengthen communication and create a more connected, supportive home environment. If your teen is feeling overwhelmed or avoiding school—or just needs someone who gets what they’re going through—she is here to help them find their voice and feel more in control of their world.

Courtney Holbrook, LCSW

TraumaCourtney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) therapist trained in evidence-based treatments for OCD, Anxiety, Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), Tics, and PTSD/Trauma. Her therapeutic approach includes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), the Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) model, Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

She completed her graduate internship under the supervision of Dr. Patrick McGrath at Alexian Brothers Hospital, one of the nation’s most respected training facilities for CBT and ERP. In addition to her extensive training in anxiety disorders and OCD, she is also trained in evidence-based therapies for trauma, including PE and CPT.

She provides compassionate, individualized care to children, adolescents, and adults of all ages and has treated hundreds of clients in a variety of settings for OCD, phobias, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, BFRBs, and tics.

With personal lived experience of OCD and anxiety, she deeply understands the distress, discomfort, and shame that can accompany various subtypes of OCD. Her combination of professional training and personal insight allows her to empathize with clients throughout their recovery journey.

She is passionate about helping individuals overcome anxiety and mental health challenges. Her integrative approach is designed to meet each client where they are, offering a supportive and personalized path to healing.
