Beginner Peer Consultation Groups for Therapists:

Learn to Differentiate OCD from Other Anxiety Disorders

Are you a licensed therapist looking to build confidence and clinical clarity when working with clients experiencing OCD and anxiety-related disorders? Our Beginner Peer Consultation Groups are designed to support clinicians who are newer to OCD work and are ready to deepen their understanding of how OCD presents—and how it differs from other anxiety disorders.

Why Join?

OCD can be complex to identify, especially in its subtler forms or when it's masked by overlapping symptoms with generalized anxiety, health anxiety, autism, or perfectionism. Our consultation groups are specifically designed to help you:

  • Differentiate OCD from other anxiety-related disorders
  • Sharpen your diagnostic formulation skills
  • Apply evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with greater precision
  • Gain peer support and build community with other clinicians navigating similar learning curves

We have just a few spots left in our next group starting June 4th. Reach out today to learn more or reserve your seat!

Are currently treating (or hoping to treat) clients with OCD or related conditions (e.g., GAD, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Emetophobia, or other Specific Phobias)

Whether you're managing your first OCD case or just feeling uncertain about how to approach complex anxiety presentations, you’ll find mentorship, encouragement, and actionable strategies here.

Each group is a safe, supportive space where we translate didactic knowledge into applied clinical wisdom. You’ll have the chance to:

Present real cases and receive feedback
