About Our Therapy Approach
We believe in having multiple therapeutic tools to give the best care to clients. We use Inference-based Cognitive Behavior Treatment (I-CBT) and Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP), as our primary treatment modalities, but also incorporate aspects of ACT and others when it will benefit the client. We work with adults and adolescents 15+ and up.
We consider ourselves a coach as much as a therapist. Our goal is to teach you the skills you need to be your own therapist!
