OCD & Anxiety of The Woodlands

Welcome to OCD and Anxiety of The Woodlands! We are a dedicated mental health practice serving clients in The Woodlands and Houston area. Our mission is to help provide compassionate treatment, healing and hope to many who are impacted by OCD and bring awareness to the community.

Anyone can find themselves struggling to manage their emotional health. Our minds can spiral into endless loops of worry, regret, despair, or hopelessness. We may feel at the mercy of intense anxiety or panic attacks. Or perhaps life has begun to feel dull, directionless, or disconnected—and we just want things to feel “normal” again.

Sometimes the source of our suffering is clear, like the loss of a loved one or an overwhelming period of stress. Other times, painful thoughts and feelings seem to come out of nowhere, leaving us feeling lost, helpless, or stuck in compulsive behaviors we wish we could stop.

The good news is—relief and healing are always within reach.

As specialists in treating individuals across the lifespan, we are passionate about using science-based, compassionate approaches to help you or your loved one find lasting healing. Together, we can:

  • Explore the root causes of your distress
  • Learn practical skills for easing painful thoughts and emotions
  • Build a path forward toward the rich and meaningful life you deserve
  • You're not broken—and you’re not alone. With the right tools and support, change is possible.

What to Expect in OCD Treatment

In our sessions, you and your therapist will work collaboratively to uncover the ways OCD and anxiety are keeping you stuck. OCD symptoms often show up in subtle and nuanced ways, and our therapists are highly trained in conducting thorough assessments to ensure you receive the most accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.

During the first several sessions, we’ll focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship, exploring your symptoms and history, and helping you understand how OCD operates. This foundation allows us to create a tailored treatment plan grounded in your goals, values, and unique experiences.

Our mission is to help you live according to your values—not your fears. We believe that treatment should do more than reduce symptoms—it should help you reconnect with your values, your goals, and your sense of self. Whether you're battling intrusive thoughts, stuck in cycles of avoidance, or overwhelmed by fear and doubt, we're here to walk alongside you with evidence-based support and a personalized path forward.

Maybe you value adventure, but OCD makes you second-guess every step you take.

Maybe you want to be present with your family, but anxiety keeps you stuck in your head.

Maybe you value independence, but compulsions and rituals eat up hours of your day.

Maybe you want to connect with friends, but social anxiety pushes you to cancel plans.

Maybe you want to enjoy life more freely, but intrusive thoughts feel overwhelming and constant.

Maybe you want to trust yourself, but doubt and mental review loops leave you stuck in uncertainty.

Whatever anxiety or OCD looks like in your life, you’re likely here because you’re tired of feeling limited. If you’re ready to take back control and start living life on your terms, you’re in the right place.
