Our Rates and Accepted In-Network Insurance

Rates:

$150 per 60-minute session

Payment:

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, HSA, Flex Spending Cards. Payment is due on the day of the service.

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required a $75 charge before rescheduling.

Sliding Scale:

We also offer a limited number of reduced-fee slots based on financial need. Please inquire about our sliding scale rates if cost is a concern for you.

At OCD & Anxiety of The Woodlands, we believe that high-quality mental health care should be accessible to all. Our rates are comparable to other experienced therapists in the The Woodlands, Tx area while still allowing us to provide exceptional, personalized care.

Our Insurance Policy:

OCD and Anxiety of The Woodlands is currently not affiliated with any insurance panels. However, if you wish to utilize your “out of network” benefits, we can provide you with a Statement for Reimbursement form (Superbill) to submit to your insurance company. Many clients receive partial reimbursement for their session costs through this process.

Questions You Want To Ask Your Insurance

Is a primary care physician's referral required to consult a mental health specialist? (Note: Most HMO plans mandate this)

Are you restricted to choosing from a list of "in-network" providers, or can you select any qualified mental health professional?

If opting for an out-of-network provider, what co-payment applies?

Is prior authorization from the insurance provider necessary before scheduling an appointment with a mental health professional?

What is the plan's deductible, and how much remains to be met?

Are there limitations on the number of covered therapy sessions?

Are there any additional restrictions or limitations on mental health coverage?

Does the plan cover only specific mental health diagnoses? If so, which ones?
