Brave Minds Teen Summer Program 2026

OCD & Anxiety Group Treatment Therapy

We are excited to launch our very first Teen OCD Summer Program! This specialized 4 week program is designed to support teens navigating OCD and anxiety related disorders through structured Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy in a supportive, engaging, and growth oriented environment.Through a structured, evidence based approach grounded in ERP, teens will learn how to respond differently to anxious thoughts, reduce avoidance and compulsive behaviors, and tolerate uncertainty more effectively. In a supportive small group environment, participants will practice real life skills that promote independence, emotional resilience, and lasting change.
Teens will participate in both in-office and community-based exposure practices designed to strengthen real-world application of skills and increase independence. Community-based ERP exercises may take place throughout The Woodlands Town Center area, including Market Street and The Woodlands Mall.
